As an example, I would like the user to watch the video that is in the following link, preferably from 5:18 onwards. 44 Magnum ammo, for example, would show the above result, with blood and brains flying towards the shooter. This depends entirely on the ammo used and the caliber of the gun.

Update: Several users are commenting that the image does not match what would happen if a bullet hit Judy at the angle shown. I imagine comics like this are much more effective with people with similar disorders. And once, I was lamenting over how I'm getting old and I'm probably 2/3 finished with my life, and when I said "I'm like a 2 year old rat" (domestic rats usually die at around 3 years) she suddenly started crying and came over to hug me.

I did role-playing exercises with her to teach her normal responses to various emotional things happening, and if I changed the characters in the stories to anthropomorphic animals, she knew exactly how to respond. She cries over her pet rats dying, sometimes months after it happened of she's reminded of them, but didn't cry once for the deaths of three grandparents, one who lived with us several months a year, and two who lives across the street from her that she saw nearly every day of her life. My daughter has an empathy disorder where she has little to no affective or cognitive empathy for humans, but normal empathy for animals.

Most antiwar movies go for playing up horror or sadness (which is deliberately undercut by having the soldiers getting hyped to deploy by watching the helicopter scene from Armageddon Now, which is probably not the authorial intent of that film - these guys don't care if it's horrific, they just want to get some action) but this movie makes it seem like being in the military is boring, tedious and shitty - which tracks a lot more with stories I've heard from people in the military.Īll of this makes the juxtaposition of Jamie Foxx interesting, perhaps as a "if this is as good as it gets - staring at some burning oil well in the middle of nowhere -, it must suck, huh?" statement or even just counterpoint about the kinds of personalities that unironically enjoy this kind of career. He never actually gets to do anything at all. The only real time they come under fire is friendly fire on some truck from their own aircraft. the movie ends with the protagonist being about to snipe a guy and then not being able to snipe the guy. jerking off to girlfriends who cheat on you.

and instead of portraying war as horrifying, the movie instead portrays it as boring. The entire movie is about dudes being excited to go to war and get into the thick of combat. This is laid over an example of said group, a bunch of scary goat men doing the Nazi salute.Īlso Nick owns an amusement park now and Judy inexplicably has blonde hair. How cool!" Italics his, not mine.) They're all very happy for each other, but Nick mentions the security, to which Judy explains that there are radical extremists who don't want her re-elected because they want segregation. (Which the author points out: "A cute couple formed by a European red fox and European gray rabbit adopted an African zebra and an Asian red panda. The two reconcile and introduce each other to their kids: Nick has a fox kid (with not shown wife) and Judy and her wife have adopted.

The sequel to that one and set up for this, which I just read in rapt, morbid fascination, is a time skip in which Judy has been elected mayor and runs into Nick, who is now a Ranger Scoutmaster (or whatever they call it). The sequel comic had Judy hooking up with a female Fox, Nick coming to beg for her back, shoving the new girlfriend in his bewilderment, and Judy kicking him out while quoting lyrics from "I Will Survive." Honestly it was pretty fair to both sides, bizarre as it was, but I think the guy just likes drama. Weirdly enough, the original comic wasn't even pro-life or pro-choice.
